We're a family-owned business with 24 years of experience, and we're currently seeking an experienced Leader to guide our Sales team at the Golden Grove branch. Think of yourself as a coach - your role is to mentor and develop a dynamic team of 12+ staff to foster a positive store culture while upholding our core values of Passion, Authenticity, Care, and Excitement to exceed the needs of our local community.
What we're looking for :
Passion for Footwear: A genuine love for footwear and footwear sales is essential. Leadership Skills: You'll need to inspire, train, and motivate your team to achieve success. Team Player: We want someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently. Flexibility: You'll need to be adaptable and available to work one day per weekend. Experience in retail (sports or fashion retail is a bonus, but not essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for sports, fashion, and culture.
