The Store Manager will lead their team, inspire success and hit business and team goals, all the while delivering a Customer Centric Culture that you can really be proud of being a part of.Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for:Running day to day operations of storeEnsuring the achievement of sales, wages and shrinkage budgetsGet involved in the store stocktake processProvide timely guidance and feedback to train and develop the teamEnsure the customer perspective is a driving force behind management decisions and store activitiesFoster a collaborative, fun and results-driven team environmentDeveloping team development plans to progress your teams retail careersLiaise with relevant Support Office departments to take commercial control of your businessRecruit and Talent pipeline team members as requiredAbout You:This is an ideal position for a natural leader with exceptional customer service, sales and organisational skills.
