The Role: Stock Controller | James Street, Brisbane Responsible for the effective management, replenishment and storage of stock in-store with a core focus on process management to ensure workflow is optimised at all times.Oversee and lead the team to ensure replenishment is completed from offsite location to back of house and from back of house to shop floor.Lead from the front and oversee the team to accept and complete incoming stock the same day it arrives.Oversee and lead the team to ensure all outgoing stock is being completed with accuracy and speed.Educate and promote stock integrity and loss prevention, to ensure it is held as the highest priority to all team members.Manage back of house and offsite location space management and minimize loss opportunity.Create and maintain all OHS protocol relating to stock management to ensure the safety of the store and team.On your first day we'd expect you to already have: 1+ years experience as an in-store stock controller OR warehouse team member with strong experience in managing high volume incoming and outgoing stock.Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.Enjoys physical activity and leading from the front to get the job done.Passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail through effective stock management, presentation and replenishment.A strong, confident leader with a strong understanding of the retail stock management.You're a dynamic and hands-on leader who loves motivating and coaching a team to succeed whilst leading by example doing the same.You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.A passion for the DISSH brand and values.Submit your application including your resume and cover letter today.
