STH Group is opening a new office in Sydney to provide fan experiences for a major upcoming sporting event in Australia, representing an exciting time for the business in this region.
ROLE SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expansion into new consumer markets for sporting events across Australia. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Revenue to develop and execute forward-thinking, customer-focused sales strategies, developing and implementing diverse package offerings, pricing and go-to-market strategies to optimise revenue opportunities.
You will lead a highly motivated, dynamic sales team, fostering a results-driven culture, building strong client relationships, and showcasing STH's premium product offerings to deliver outstanding outcomes for their clients.
ABOUT YOU: Sales Leadership Experience: A proven track record of driving revenue growth, executing strategic sales initiatives, and consistently achieving sales targets.Relationship Management: Skilled in developing and maintaining strong client relationships through in-person meetings, consultations, and effective communication.Influential Communicator: Clear and persuasive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners at all levels.Team Management: Prior experience in a leadership role, with a history of successfully mentoring and inspiring sales teams to deliver outstanding results.Sports and Events: A passion for sport, rugby, travel and events would be beneficial but is not essential.This is a fantastic opportunity to build and lead a high performing sales team to drive revenue growth into new markets for travel and hospitality experiences for a major upcoming sporting event in Australia in 2027. #J-18808-Ljbffr
