Station Officer (Remuneration Package $140,510)Northern Territory Fire and Rescue ServiceOngoing vacancy in Tennant Creek As Station Officer, assist the Senior Station Officer (Track Station) in meeting the responsibilities and strategic directions of the Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service (NTFRS) by responding to fires and other emergencies in a professional and timely manner to minimise loss to life, property and the environment.
The position has a minimum 2-year tenure as per clause 86.7 of the Enterprise Agreement.
After serving 3 years, members can apply for transfer to Darwin or Alice Springs at their substantive rank, before transferring to the next available suitable position.
