What you'll be doing
The StaffLink Establishment and Reporting Officer ensures Stafflink system integrity, support and advice. The position is required to provide high level specialised technical system support and education to management and staff to ensure award compliance, system quality, key performance indicators and business objectives are met.

The position is accountable to produce, build and analyse complex reporting with a range of reporting tools from a range of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), including Stafflink (Oracle), HealthRoster, Recruitment (Taleo).

The position is accountable to keep SWSLHD Stafflink Establishment business processes contemporary and in line with HealthShare, Human Resource Support Service and SWSLHD Organisational requirements. The role also coordinates and supports system updates for any Organisational changes to grades, positions and positions hierarchies.
How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Health Administration or other related business qualifications, or equivalent experience in a workforce/analytical role within a large complex and diverse service industry organisation.
Demonstrate sound understanding of Awards and policies, including organisational hierarchies.
Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation. This includes demonstrated user knowledge of analytical tools, such as excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Access and SQL.
High level computer literacy, including experience working with HR technologies such as Human Resources Information, Rostering, Recruitment and Learning Management Systems and Microsoft applications, with the ability to develop and provide reporting metrics and analysis of data produced, whilst displaying a high level of attention to detail.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills to ensure the correct outcome is reached whilst providing a high level of customer service and education.
Highly developed interpersonal communication, business acumen, consulting and negotiation/influencing skills to achieve organisational outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume workload and competing priorities in order to meet set deadlines, KPIs and quality requirements.
Ability to work with, educate and collaborate with various stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and personalities.
