OPPORTUNITYAs a Sr Producer, you will contribute to the design, development, and live ops management of a brand new IP.
Our first game is a PvE multiplayer ARPG that is launching in early access in April.
This is a role for a scrappy and hands-on individual who excels in a fast-paced startup environment.
This is a full-time, remote position that can be done from anywhere in the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES Guide the creation and delivery of a "AAA" game world experience through its early access launch and beyond.Manage Art, Design, Audio, and UI teams to deliver a high-quality experience.Work closely with our creative teams to shape our processes and pipelines as we scale up the company.Mentor and grow team members through direct feedback and career growth plans.REQUIREMENTS 5+ years minimum hands-on experience in the entertainment industry as a producer or project manager.Have shipped 2+ games or consumer internet products.Experience with live team operations or software as a service.Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a highly dynamic environment.Must love games!DESIRABLE Experience working with RPG and online multiplayer games.Experience with JIRA or similar software.Experience working on a distributed team spread across several timezones (From Hawaii to Brazil).WHAT WE OFFER Fully remote work, with a yearly company offsite.Experience working with gaming veterans who've created titles with gross aggregate revenue of over $10B USD.Flexible PTO with holidays + local national holidays, per region.Experience creating a new IP with franchise potential.Make sure to follow us here to get our most live jobs: LinkedIn
