As a Senior Field Service Technician , your focus will be to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work at the Darwin Correctional Precinct, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment (as per trade expertise) Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance.
Configuration of Security systems hardware and software Diagnoses Fault and repairs on Security Head end systems Software load and Configuration of EBI / DVM Systems Small to Medium project installations including managing Subcontractors.
Estimates materials costs and quantities and ordering parts Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as directed by Facility leader Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as requested.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment (Essential) Experience with Controls systems and EBI products in Fire, Security systems.
(Preferred) Strong experience in System trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis.
(Essential) Experience in building (HVAC/BMS/Fire) Systems including trouble shooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis (Preferred) Relevant Trade qualification (Essential) Ability to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment (essential) Who We Are
