About the Role
You will be responsible for leading projects that aim to grow Uber Eats in ANZ by increasing user engagement and retention. This could include developing go to market strategies for new products/offerings, targeted initiatives to grow a particular consumer segment and/or expanding our customer loyalty programs.
You will use consumer insights to help to set the strategy and work with team members in the Restaurants, Marketing and Marketplace teams to execute initiatives and bring the strategy to life. You will have end-to-end ownership of key projects including data analysis, solution design and execution.
What You'll Do
Utilise analysis and insights to identify the biggest growth opportunities for Uber Eats
Prioritise initiatives and develop go-to-market strategies for our new growth bets
Understand consumer needs and pain points and help address them through our product/offering
Understand our competitive risks and opportunities and help develop our competitive strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing and Restaurants)
Present to senior stakeholders on key consumer metrics/key results
Project management of multiple growth initiatives
Identify improvement and growth opportunities in consumer strategy and work with the team to execute on them
Basic Qualifications
4+ years experience in strategy consulting, digital marketplaces, start up or analytical roles
Strong problem solving skills, ability to bring data and frameworks to solve complex problems
Curiosity, desire to understand data trends, diagnose root causes and develop practical solutions
Stakeholder management, able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and work collaboratively with team members from different backgrounds
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, balancing short and long term objectives
Consumer centricity and empathy, exposure to consumer businesses a bonus
Preferred Qualifications
Hands on analytical skills, advanced sheets/excel modelling and basic SQL (or willingness to learn)
