Speech Pathologist

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our allied health team in Adelaide.
This role is open to both graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about making a difference in clients' lives.
As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with a diverse caseload, providing assessment, therapy, and support to individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.Provide therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, tailored to clients' needs.Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.Engage with clients' families and caregivers, offering guidance and support as needed.Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in Speech Pathology.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Experience with a variety of client groups (children, adults, elderly) is an advantage.Why Join?
