The Child Development Service offers:

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Speech PathologyAt least 3 years recent practice experience working with children and their carers and families as a speech pathologistEligibility for membership of Speech Pathology AustraliaPrior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Apply for or renew a WWVP registration - Access Canberra (act.gov.au)Current Australian Drivers LicenceAs the successful candidate is likely to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and young people, cultural awareness, and capacity to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is highly desirable for this position.Note: Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
