Status: Ongoing No. of Vacancy: 1 Hours: Full Time, ongoing Location: East Melbourne/Dandenong/Hybrid Pay rates: SCHADS 7 base depending on experience + Salary Packaging + Superannuation ABOUT THE ORGANISATION inTouch Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence (inTouch) provides person-centered, integrated and culturally responsive family violence services to people from migrant and refugee communities across Victoria. We have assisted over 30,000 women and children experiencing family violence throughout our 40 years of operation, providing a holistic service that centres the experiences of victim-survivors in everything we do. inTouch works across the family violence continuum, providing culturally informed early intervention, case management, programs for men who use violence, legal advice, crisis recovery and enhanced capacity-building across the sector and community. We are proud to provide high-level leadership and guidance to all levels of government with our evidence-based, victim-survivor informed advocacy and policy work. We are a unique and vital service, with specialist expertise working with people of migrant and refugee backgrounds. This is reflected in our workforce, which is comprised primarily of people who are migrants and refugees themselves – the inTouch team is from over 20 different countries and communities globally. ABOUT THE ROLE The Specialist Family Violence Practice, Quality and Audit Manager will guide the inTouch team to deliver quality and effective services, ensuring clients receive the highest standards of support. This role will promote continuous improvement, support the development and implementation of practice guidelines and policies, and conduct regular audits and evaluations. Additionally, the Specialist Family Violence Practice, Quality and Audit Manager will actively develop and sustain partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and support client outcomes. ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT Proven leadership in the Family Violence sector and reform agenda, with experience in supporting specialist practice. Minimum 7 years' experience in the Family Violence sector, including management. Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk mitigation, and trauma-informed practice. Experience working with multicultural communities, ensuring culturally safe and inclusive practices. Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, counselling, or a related field. Skilled in engaging stakeholders to address complex problems and drive improved outcomes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders. Experience in project management and implementing community sector changes focused on quality improvement. Knowledge of intersectional feminist frameworks and the gendered nature of family violence, particularly in multicultural contexts. Familiarity with relevant legislative and policy frameworks, for example; MARAM, Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme, Child and Family Violence Information Sharing Schemes.
