ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for Spare Parts Interpreter to join their team. This role will be based in their Regents Park office and will see you providing expertise and assistance to internal and external stakeholders.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to internal and external Parts requests via email and phone
Interpretation of Parts requirements
Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner eg: supply lead times, shipment methods and backorders
Process customers quotations and orders, ensuring accuracy
Coordinate deliveries and supply from multiple supply locations
Proactively keep customers informed of any changes to their order
Performing other general duties as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a similar role as a spare parts interpreter
Mechanical aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple deadlines
High attention to detail
Strong computer skills (ERP experience with SAP or similar required)
Proven ability to manage your time effectively
