Job Overview:
As a Spa Therapist at Refresh Day Spa, you will be responsible for providing professional and relaxing treatments to our clients, ensuring their experience is both therapeutic and enjoyable.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for wellness, a caring attitude, and the ability to perform a range of beauty and body treatments with expertise and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of spa treatments, including massage therapy, facials, body treatments, and other services as required.Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized treatment recommendations.Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa areas.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa products and services and actively promote them to clients.Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.Assist with maintaining accurate client records, including treatment history and product recommendations.Participate in any trainings to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in spa therapies.Support the team in delivering a superior customer experience by contributing to daily operations as needed.Uphold the values and mission of Refresh Day Spa by consistently delivering high-quality treatments and customer service.Qualifications:
Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or equivalent qualification.Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred but not essential.Strong knowledge of spa therapies, including facials, body treatments, and massages.Excellent communication and customer service skills.A genuine passion for health and wellness, with a desire to help clients achieve their relaxation and beauty goals.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.What We Offer:
