Sous Chef

We're looking for an experienced chef to join our excellent team.
Qualifications & Experience Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery Tasks & Responsibilities Manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Qualified and experienced in kitchen leadership. Be able to train a team by example, guide and inspire our kitchen to create fantastic meals and grow our exceptional guest experience. Be passionate about food and produce. Be able to deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Be organised and consistent. Ensure meals are coming out in a timely manner. Be reliable and punctual. Get along with others and enjoy working in a kitchen and busy environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a like-minded chef ready to take the next step in their career.
