About the Position: This is a Permanent Full-Time position; you will be part of the Kitchen Team and report to the Head Chef. Your job responsibilities will be:
Produce high quality and consistent food products and customer service.Maintain standards for food preparation and presentations.Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements.Ensure all food orders and menu items are completed accurately, consistently and in an efficient manner.Maintain precise stock control and rotation.About You (Required Qualifications & Experience): Qualification in hospitality management.Proven qualification in commercial cookery and brewery environment.Working understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.Understanding of quality seasonal produce and sound consumption planning.
