We want to see everyone living well at home.About the RoleThe Lookout Way are looking for a high performing and self-motivated Delivery Manager to lead our Solutions project team within our Customer Solutions & Success business unit. Reporting to the Head of Customer Transformation, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations including the end to end project management lifecycle to the successful delivery of both packaged and bespoke solutions across Lookout Solutions Suite.Experience in leading teams on complex project management, technical solutions design, automation and system integration experience is essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple deliverables per project in parallel and across multiple customers at the same time. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a delivery role leading project teams, be highly agile, process driven and looking to develop their career at a broader business level.ResponsibilitiesLead our delivery team, providing hands on support, coaching and continuous professional development.Implement robust business systems and processes ensuring quality, profitability, and a best-in-class customer experience.Work with Sales and Account Management to ensure full visibility of upcoming opportunities via the pipeline, pre-sales support requirements, migration scheduling and new project sales.Work with the Head of Customer Transformation to produce periodic capacity and revenue delivery forecasting to the wider business based on current backlog and sales pipeline.Manage pre-sales support requests and ensure all projects are scoped and executed appropriately.Manage the end to end process for delivery including creation of Statements of Works, project pricing, product scheduling, risk response plans, resource allocation, and identifying and managing bottlenecks and communications.Oversee QA and UAT process for timely go live.About YouSkills and Experience3+ years complex project management with proven track record of high quality, timely delivery across multiple projects.3+ years experience managing medium sized teams of 3-7.Proven track record in leading project teams and subject matter experts through strategic consultancy and solutions design with a particular focus on workflow management and systems integration.Tech proficiency: Project management tools to forecast resourcing requirements vs capacity, working with APIs, third party integrations and BI tools.Business operations experience including running a revenue line, forecasting, business analysis, pricing, backlog, and resource management.Project management certified preferred.Proficient with the usual — Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Project Management tools with strong attention to detail.Excellent communicator and confident in stakeholder management, both external and internal to executive level.A confident presenter with ability to support the Solutions and Sales teams or lead as subject matter expert as required.Your MindsetInnovative and creative thinker, passionate about creating meaningful solutions to solve business problems for our customers.Highly organised, process driven with excellent business acumen.Comfortable working to delivery deadlines, revenue targets and results driven.What's in it for you?The way we work and the perks we offer are designed to help you live a fulfilling life.
