About the Role: At Omnia, every bottle tells a story.
We're on the hunt for a Sommelier to guide guests through our carefully curated wine selection, elevating their dining experience with expert pairings and passionate storytelling.
The Ideal Candidate: Passionate about wine, vintages, and producers. Strong guest engagement and storytelling skills. Proven experience as a Sommelier in fine dining. Team player who collaborates with FOH and kitchen teams. Organised, detail-oriented, and manages stock efficiently. Valid RSA, WSET Level 3, CMS Certification, or equivalent.
