That's what makes us Roche.12 Months Max Term contractSubject Matter Expert in Molecular DiagnosticsCustomer-experience focussed roleAs the Solution Manager and a subject matter expert for the qPCR portfolio and its associated products, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from pre-launch to phase-out for the Molecular qPCR portfolio, including:Phase In: elements related to pre-launch preparation including material set up and pricing in the respective systemsOn market support including marketing, supply chain and pricingPhase out with consideration for effective inventory and customer managementWhat you will be working on:As a Solution Manager, you will:Work with the Sales and Support teams to deliver a positive customer experience by providing subject matter expertiseDevelop and execute clear marketing strategies for the portfolio, defining the Marketing Mix in collaboration with the Solution Managers for the associated reagentsDefine and implement an appropriate pricing strategy reflective of the strategic intent of the organisationSupport the Customer Success team in the execution of the Marketing Strategy through customer engagement (presentations, campaigns and strategic account planning)Manage inventory to ensure customers receive goods on time and in full in collaboration with the local planner adhering to best practices to minimise stock on hand and write offsWork closely with Quality and Regulatory to ensure our products and activities are compliant with local and global standardsBe responsible for Customer communications including Product Bulletins in collaboration with other respective stakeholders e.g. Regulatory and / or ApplicationsWho you are:As a Subject Matter Expert, you are expected to:Share knowledge with respective internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrate strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindsetBe customer focused, working to drive positive outcomes for both our customers and patientsAs a results-driven customer-centric individual, you are able to think through problems and consider the impact of solutions and are able to build strong collaborative relationships with your customers.
