Solid Timber Cabinetmaker And Manufacturing Specialist - Full Time Position

Key Responsibilities:

Experience working with solid timber and veneers
Preparing cutting lists from plans and job specifications
Loading and running a CNC router for solid timber panel work
Planning an effective approach to work to ensure projects are completed on time
Creating standard and custom components of cabinets and timber components
Assembling the final product and installing using appropriate techniques and tools
Applying lacquer and oil finishes to finished timber pieces
Inspecting each completed job to ensure accuracy and correct application of fittings
Repairing and/or refurbishing elements of timber work as needed

Desired Skills:

Experience working with solid timber, CNC routing and small batch production
3+ years of experience as a cabinet maker
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Competence in applying appropriate mathematical procedures for estimating and measuring
Works well in a team environment
