Reporting to a Lead Software Engineer within an agile framework supporting operations across New Zealand & the Pacific, taking on a senior role in driving innovation through full end-to-end development.Enjoy hybrid working arrangements with two days in the office and happy to chat flexible working.Your new roleIn this role, you'll thrive in an agile environment with cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include:Be the technical expert for the team, solving complex challenges.Design solutions that prioritize customer impact.Build relationships with key stakeholders.Lead advanced development activities and mentor junior engineers.Analyse business requirements and implement effective solutions.Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and Subject Matter Experts to develop applications.Support developers in growing both technically and professionally.More information and the full job profile can be shared with applicants during the interview process.Please note that for the successful candidate, this process will include a phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, 2 interviews (either face to face or online via Teams) and background checks.About youYou're an experienced full-stack software engineer with strong communication skills and a talent for solving problems.
