Stay hands-on to help solve technical problems and mentor your team. What You Bring : Proven leadership of engineering teams (5+ members) in dynamic settings. Deep experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices. SaaS product development expertise with a focus on cloud technologies (AWS / Azure preferred).
