Job Description
Are you an experienced and passionate technical leader with a strong focus on software development, good engineering practices, and quality outcomes? We are seeking a Software Engineering Lead and Applications Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Applications Engineering Practice.
In this role, you will be tasked with developing and architecting scalable and secure solutions across various industries, maintaining compliance with industry standards while focusing on quality software engineering practices. You'll lead the creation of software documentation and architecture diagrams to guide implementation, ensuring the incorporation of best software engineering practices and collaborating with capability teams to meet technical and business requirements while maintaining a high emphasis on software engineering quality.
In this role, you will be integral to pre-sales activities, working closely with clients to deeply understand their business needs and craft compelling proposals that deliver tangible business value. You will collaborate with senior leadership to showcase our capabilities and architect comprehensive solution designs that prioritize scalability, performance, and security with a strong focus on quality software engineering practices.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Software Engineering Lead and/or Applications Architect
Extensive experience in software architecture and design, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including their development services and infrastructure.
Proven experience in implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and development frameworks (e.g., Spring, .NET, Django).
Strong consulting skills with experience in responding to RFP's and RFQ's
