As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Planning and Scheduling: Developing detailed project schedules Allocating resources effectively Monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules as needed Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of construction workers Assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities Providing training and guidance to team members Addressing performance issues and resolving conflicts Quality Control: Ensuring that all work is completed to high standards of quality Conducting regular inspections and quality checks Implementing quality control measures Safety Management: Enforcing safety regulations and protocols Conducting safety inspections and hazard assessments Responding to safety incidents and accidents Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitoring project budgets and expenses Identifying cost-saving opportunities Submitting accurate and timely reports Client Communication: Liaising with clients to discuss project requirements and expectations Providing regular updates on project progress Addressing client concerns and issues Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in construction supervision Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
