East Grampians Health Service is based in Ararat and Willaura (Regional Victoria) and takes its name from the magnificent mountain range that provides a backdrop to both townships. This role is part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, dietitians, a podiatrist, foot care assistants, social workers, allied health assistants, and maternal child and health nurses, all co-located in the Community Health Centre. You will work with a diverse range of clients across community, paediatrics, acute, aged care, and palliative care settings.
The social work department will consist of two Social Workers, including the Senior Social Worker. This position is suitable for either an experienced Social Worker or a new graduate. If a new graduate is successful, they will be supported through a graduate program that includes professional development, external support, and clinical supervision to assist in their ongoing growth and success in the role.
