About the role As the Social Traffic & Campaign Coordinator, you'll be part of Are Media's award-winning Commercial Product & Strategy team on a 7-month contract.
This specialised and dynamic team includes writers, editors, strategists, researchers, art directors, producers, event managers and trade marketers.
Day-to-day, you will work with the Commercial Content & Creative team, who ideate and execute social media and digital content for Are Media's advertising clients such as Gucci, Dyson, L'Oreal Paris, Samsung, White Wings, Brown Brothers and more.
Reporting to the Studio Operations Manager, the Social Traffic & Campaign Coordinator is responsible for managing the inbound jobs and overseeing the department from an operational perspective.
This includes implementing best practice systems and workflow including: liaising with various stakeholders to ensure all job assets are received, answering general enquiries, managing team's deadlines and the Monday.com workflow board, assigning jobs to relevant editors, and running departmental reports.
Additionally, you will help other team members when required, with an opportunity to learn and develop skills across social media, Canva, WordPress, analytics and journalism.

You are proactive and solutions focused, with excellent attention to detail, great customer service skills and plenty of initiative.

Duties Responsible for the workflow and job scheduling across the Digital Content & Social Team.Management of briefing process and required job assets.Own and manage the Monday Board (new jobs, assets, pitches and sold campaigns).Monitoring deadlines and timelines.Continual administration and analysis of team workflow to streamline team efficiency.Weekly and monthly commercial reports.Assisting senior team members as required.Skills and experience Excellent customer service skills as the first responder.Highly organised and detail oriented.Able to manage multiple tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Solutions-focused and confident in communicating across multiple departments within the business.Digital experience – competent in Word, Excel, Adobe, Teams, Outlook.Previous creative traffic or workflow management experience would be highly regarded.Are Media is committed to a diverse, respectful, collaborative & inclusive workplace.
