Sneaker Graffiti Artist + Client Advisor - Luxury Footwear While working in-store and on the 'Sneaker Maker Tour', you will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products, and storytelling.
Responsibilities: Utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience. Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the brand and values. Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options. Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and a high level of customized customer service. Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'. Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information. Participate as 'one team', supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales. Strictly follow procedures, policies, and guidance for all activities, including co-creation. Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed. Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e., selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out). Qualifications: An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling!) Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques. Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. More than 1 year of customer service/retail experience required.
