Responsibilities: Manage the scope and timeline of each project. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. Deliver projects to client's expectations while achieving targeted levels of profitability. Client Management: Meet with clients to understand their business and process requirements. Prepare Minutes of the Meeting and the Scope of Work, sharing them with stakeholders the same day. Translate client requirements into system configurations and assist the team to ensure project delivery. Discuss requirements with the tech team and seek estimates for submission to superiors. Aid the business team in creating documents like RFP, BRD, FRD, Workflow Diagram, Estimation Sheet, MOM, Project Timelines, and Proposal Document as per the brief. Give demos of products through virtual or face-to-face meetings. Create and manage the project schedule and participate in performance standards discussions. Provide post-product/project go-live support for resolving issues. Publish weekly reports on project status to superiors. Test the project at all stages and give releases to the client. Aid the PM in following up on inputs/feedback from clients on a timely basis. Aid in project closures by coordinating with both the team and the client.
