Each product, hand crafted in our botanical laboratory in Brisbane, is prepared with ingredients nurtured from paddock to finished product. Our collections are stocked in leading day spas across Australia and New Zealand and available for delivery worldwide.
About the position:
We are looking for someone to join our beautiful Laboratory team, producing handcrafted, fresh batched skincare products in our Morningside facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your day will include a range of activities in this multi-faceted role including: making delicious skincare (that smells good enough to eat!), picking and measuring ingredients, packaging and labelling product, preparing for dispatch, inventory counts, unloading deliveries, cleaning production areas. You'll utilise equipment with a strong awareness of safety and develop an in-depth knowledge of Waterlily products and ingredients.
About you:
Passionate about wellbeing, health & aromatherapy Previous experience in a similar role Pride in attention to detail with producing, packaging, labelling & presentation Enjoy teamwork in a busy environment with minimal supervision Accuracy working to protocols, procedures & measurements Ability to maintain a clean & efficient environment Ability to multi-task & work to deadlines Physically capable to lift & manoeuvre equipment & ingredients to 20kg Ability to take initiative, maintain a positive outlook & operate as a team Warm, respectful & professional interpersonal skills Why join us:
