About the Role
Day to day duties will generally include:
* Leading the onsite teams, subcontractors and suppliers on either volume or medium density projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
* Ensure that a high standard of finish is achieved on all homes and defect free at handover
* Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
* Ensuring high standards of WHS compliance on site
* Proactively resolving build issues as they arise
What You Need
We value people who know how to build a home, if you have a carpentry trade and your builders license, we encourage you to apply.
* Trade qualifications highly regarded
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor on volume builds or medium density projects
* Ability to use a construction management system
* Strong scheduling, coordination and organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
