The role
Manage the creation and delivery of Azure Cloud services (PaaS)
Platform management - monitoring and reporting on service performance (including technologies such as New Relic, Splunk, Azure Monitor, Power BI)
Work collaboratively to build a continuous improvement (CI/CD) environment
Skills and experience required
Experience implementing automation and solutions such as Terraform, Azure DevOps, ARM templates (IAAC), DSC, Ansible, etc
Extensive experience in cloud platforms
Working knowledge of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering principles
Azure PaaS services and containerization solutions
Experience implementing common coding languages used by SREs / DevOps such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash
.Net and Application hosting experience
Experience delivering reporting and analytics using technologies such as Splunk, Azure Monitor, Power BI
Strong stakeholders management with experience working with audiences at all levels as well as outsourced IT vendors.
Highly developed communication, facilitation, presentation and reporting skills
Strong project management skills
Advanced analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
Relevant qualifications in Cloud, and Information Technology and Management
