Site Manager Required - $15M Commercial New Build Shepparton, Shepparton & Goulburn Valley VIC Our Client is a stable & long-standing 2nd/3rd tier builder based in Melbourne. They have been in operation for over 15 years and have grown steadily in that time. They target projects ranging in value from $1M - $50M across all major market sectors. In addition to their Melbourne footprint, they undertake numerous regional projects each year and have recently secured a $15M Commercial-styled new build in Shepparton and require a Site Manager to manage the project. To be considered you must have extensive previous site management/supervisory experience running commercial, institutional or education projects. You will be trade qualified, ideally in carpentry with a can-do attitude and a proven ability to manage live-environment projects for demanding Clients. In return you will receive a permanent position from a cracking builder with supportive management which will guarantee stability through the next 12 - 24 months.
