We have an exciting opportunity for aSiteManager to join our Site Management Team in Brisbane.The Site Manager will assist and supervise all aspects of projects assigned using the Project Management System, including and not limited to, optimising resources, materials, budget awareness and control, coordination of all services to meet timelines, meeting client specification, quality control and known client expectation, in accordance with the company Integrated Management System (IMS).This rolewill report to the Senior Site Manager. Successful applicants must have:
5 years of experience managing commercial construction sites. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Construction White Card or the ability to attain. First Aid Certificate Level 2 or the ability to attain. Certificate III in Workplace Health and Safety or the ability to attain. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy, and the ability to adhere to the project specifications and standards. Sound knowledge of the construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment, and the relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and other relevant software applications. Experience with Procore, Buildlogic or similar ProjectManagement Systems is preferred.
