Minimum 2 years of experience working in a residential construction environmentProven track record of successfully managing multiple projectsTrade qualification or equivalent experienceExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong knowledge of building codes and practicesAbility to deliver quality homes on time and with minimal defectsThorough understanding of on-site health and safety requirementsExcellent time management and organizational skillsKey Responsibilities:
Liaise with the Construction Manager to resolve design-related issues and ensure smooth project executionCoordinate and schedule works with subcontractors and suppliersSupervise on-site construction activities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality resultsOversee Defects Liability Period satisfaction for all clientsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal/external stakeholdersThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality residential projects.
