Site Manager

Our client, an established contractor with a reputation for delivering new build projects up to $10M, is seeking a Site Manager to run a project in the South East.About:We're seeking a Site Manager who can hit the ground running on an industrial project, being able to take ownership of the job, liaise with consultants, suppliers, and drive the team. Ideally, you will have worked on jobs with precast panels, steel frames, mobile cranes, and overseen groundworks in the past.This position will suit a Site Manager with first-class administration skills who can work autonomously and run a program effectively having delivered similar past projects.Requirements:Experience in running $3M+ new building projectsAn ability to programme, schedule, and sequence tradesCertificate III or IV in OHSExperience with Hammertech, Procore, or similarTrade or tertiary qualifiedWhy apply:Our client is looking for a process and results-driven Site Manager, ideally with a trade background and experience of working on similar sized tier 3 projects. We're looking for someone with a stable track record of employment with the 'runs on the board' of delivering successful jobs who's ready for the next move in their career. In return, they are looking to pay a salary package between $125K-$135K + package depending on experience.
