We are currently seeking a Site Manager for a well-respected commercial company that specializes in commercial new build and fit-out projects.
Our client has a longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for clients, and due to their continued growth and expanding new build portfolio, they are seeking a Site Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee new build and fit-out projects from start to finishManage project budgets, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagementEnsure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and worked on projects above the value of $10M.Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership and communication skillsDeep understanding of construction regulations and standardsExperience with project management software and toolsStrong focus on quality and attention to detail As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of new build and fit-out projects from inception to finish.
You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
You will be responsible for managing project budgets, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
You will possess strong leadership and communication skills, have a deep understanding of construction regulations and standards, and a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
