Site Manager

We are a dynamic company which specialises in commercial building works. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a permanent full-time position.
The candidate must have the following experience:
Ability to build professional and productive relationships with all stakeholdersThorough understanding of programming and proven ability to achieve tight target datesCoordinate trades, sub-contractors, equipment and materials in line with the construction scheduling and safety requirementsAbility to read and interpret plans and specifications accuratelyOrganise construction works and deliver quality results safely, on time and within budgetAbility to offer constructive solutions and improvementsAbility to work both autonomously and in a team environmentWork with integrity and accountabilityAn attractive salary package in line with skills and experience will be offered to the successful applicant.
