The Company:
One of Queensland's oldest family owned builders who operate mainly in the industrial, education and food processing sectors are currently going from strength to strength and are in a period of growth with some exciting project on the horizon.
The role – Site Manager
Due to recent successful tenders their workload for the remainder of 2024 is looking very exciting and they have a need for a Site Manager to join the ever growing business who are now one of the busiest Tier 2 builders in QLD. Your first project will be a $18M education build located on the in the inner suburbs of Brisbane.
What you need to be successful
Experience delivering projects from a value of $15M plus
Experience with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
Stability with previous employers
Education experience would be advantageous
Able to lead from the front
