They represent Fluence on site, ensuring safety and anticipating risks while communicating effectively with customers and contractors.ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance in construction planning to the project team, interfacing with the project manager to minimize risk and maximize performance.Champion Health and Safety, leading by example and actively coaching team members.Lead customized Health, Safety, and Quality programs for each project.Establish and maintain a high-quality local project team.Share constructive feedback and improve performance.Manage pre-planning of key activities ensuring all materials and personnel are ready before work begins.Achieve timely and budgeted delivery through advanced planning and risk management.Build strong relationships and trust with clients and internal teams.Oversee contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence.Read engineering, mechanical, and civil drawings to ensure compliance with design.Collaborate with Head Office Finance, HR, and Legal teams for reporting requirements.AgileWe strive to continuously improve and adapt to our customers' and employees' needs.
