Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our NSW Operations on a permanent basis.The role of Site Manager will see you working across multiple sites in the Hunter Valley and be responsible for day-to-day management of fixed plant sites, shutdowns and projects.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:Permanent full-time position.Be home every night while living and working locally.Relocation assistance for those willing to make the move to the Hunter Valley region.Tool of Trade included in contract.Key Responsibilities of the role include:Responsibility of budgets and project commercial deliverables.Coaching and mentoring direct reports and indirect reports.Review of estimates and tenders.Management of lump sum and budget estimate, schedule of rates work.Forecasting labour and budgets to meet customer needs.Having direct reports (superintendents and senior supervisors).What you will bring:Extensive operational, construction or maintenance background within the resources industry.Strong understanding in commercials, budgets/construction metrics, forecasting and change management (involving changes to scope, quantities, and timeframes).8 years minimum experience in a similar role.Understand and deliver the core elements of managing a major project.Excellent people skills, with demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to facilitate collaboration between teams, whilst working autonomously.Lead a team and deliver team management activities required for a project to achieve a highly productive and cohesive team.Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site.A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.Life at MonadelphousWe celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
