Site Manager

Turnbull Resourcing is working with a one of a kind Brisbane builder who has a strong reputation for resourcing their projects accordingly, treating their staff the right way, never taking on too many projects, 5 day Site programs and taking great pride in not overloading staff when their competitors in the market are doing so.
All of their work is repeat clients so their margins are a lot stronger than most.

We are looking for a Site Manager or someone who has experience as a Foreman looking to make a transition into a senior role (you will be provided with adequate training and placed within a knowledgeable, friendly site team to help your transition be as comfortable as possible).
You will be responsible for managing all site personnel including internal staff, subcontractors, suppliers and WHSEQ aspects of the projects.
This includes documentation and implementation whilst following established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Projects are mainly Industrial up to $30m (Tilt panels, post tension slabs etc.)
