About the role:
- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish.
- Oversee all sub-contractors and manage the quality of finishes.
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets.
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date.
Your Background:
- Experience with site managing commercial refurb and new build projects.
- 5+ years as a site manager/foreman.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality.
- Positive attitude with the right temperament.
- Ability to communicate effectively and drive programme.
You will Receive:
- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline.
- Up to $190k package, based on years of experience.
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
- Genuine processes in place to achieve work-life balance.
