Due to continued market growth, we are seeking the services of a talented Site Manager to start in January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:Open and close site and ensure site is secured when unoccupied.Liaise and work collaboratively with the off-site project team.Ensure systems are in place to meet all contractual and company WHSEQ requirements.Programming, scheduling, and sequencing of works/resources for construction activities.Maintain good relationships with suppliers/sub-contractors throughout the production and operations of the project.Identify and manage risks throughout the duration of the project.Cost management including identifying/capturing variations for site/scope changes, along with budget estimating and reporting.Understand, maintain, and facilitate the Company culture throughout the Project Team.Key Requirements:Previous experience in site supervision / 3 - 4 years onsite experience (commercial).Knowledge of building regulations, WSHEQ regulations, and Quality Assurance.Exceptional conflict resolution skills.Excellent multitasking, scheduling, and time management skills.A willingness to learn and take direction.Trade qualification in carpentry or other trade equivalent (Essential)White card / Construction Induction card (Essential)Traffic Management ticket (Desirable)Confined workspaces and elevated work platform tickets (Desirable)The BenefitsYou will receive an above-market rate salary package whilst working with one of Australia's most accomplished Construction companies + Car + Super + Laptop.You will be on some of our state's most unique and sought-after projects.You can be proud when you hand over some of the most stunning projects South Australia has ever designed, built, and presented to the public.If you are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and would like to apply to this position, please provide your CV and Cover Letter in word format only via Seek or contact Rania Khoury directly at ****** for a confidential discussion.
