Oversee day-to-day field operations to maintain construction progress and quality. Collaborate with Project Managers to keep project schedules up to date. Manage relationships with sub-contractors, ensuring a fair, safe, and clean work environment. Oversee snagging lists to ensure timely project completion. Your Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Site Manager. Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams of sub-contractors. Extensive experience with commercial interior fit-outs. Proficiency in computer applications. Strong commitment to exceptional client satisfaction. Motivational team builder. Detail-oriented with quick problem-solving skills.
