Position: Site Manager - Contract

Contract Site Manager Required for commercial fit out shortly commencing in Canberra CBD.
The projects start immediately until late February.

The ideal candidates should have a strong background in Commercial fit outs with at least 5 years of site based management experience.

Experience delivering high quality office fit outs essential. Familiarity with running projects with workstations and minor electrical works.

Duties will include:

Driving program

Monitoring subcontractors

Ensuring safety is being adhered to at all times

Reporting to Project Manager

Liasing with client where required

Being available for Saturday work when required

You must:

Be carpentry trade qualified or equivalent

Have at least 5 years site based experience managing commercial fit outs

Have relevant local experience

Have full working rights

Hourly rates commensurate with experience available.
