The Role To be successful in securing this job you will have recent experience as a Site Manager on a mixture of education, health, industrial, retail and residential projects worth $20M and above. The role requires a leader who is conversant with building codes, standards, and build methodologies and has a solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict, and who is driven by project, personal, team and company success.
Responsibilities Lead site teams on a $20mil high rise apartment projectEnsure all aspects of construction meet quality standards and are completed within time frames and budgetsLiaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders as required.Manage all aspects of health & safety including risk assessments & method statements.Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the building & construction industry.Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar field would be highly regarded.Apply For the opportunity to become part of their team, please submit your up to date CV and cover letter to Ezgi Erdogan-Frost via the 'Apply' adjacent to the advert.
