Essential Qualifications & Skills
· Tertiary Degree in Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, Geoscience, Agriculture or Conservation Science
· Green Card (phytophthora dieback hygiene) and Environmental Legislation Essentials
· Developing and/or reviewing procedures, management plans and ensuring effective implementation
· High level of technical and practical skills related to environmental compliance activities
Duties & Responsibilities
· Assist with the review of the Dust, Noise & Water Management Plans and supporting processes
· Assist with the review and implementation of the Conservation Significant Terrestrial Fauna Management Plan and supporting processes
· Coordinate and lead improvement projects for monitoring and terrestrial fauna management
· Provide coaching, development and support for fostering a collaborative and learning-focused work environment for less experienced members
· Conduct investigations into environmental incidents, assign actions and monitor close out
