Great team environment.The Role:Working 'on-site' at a new project based in Truganina or Fairfield, you will be the first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors whilst supporting the Site Supervisor and Site Manager. Duties include:Answering phonesRelaying messages between the site office and the siteDeveloping project-specific documentsAssisting with Subcontractor's ITC approvalsSample submissions (documents required)Assisting with SWMS inductionsTimesheetsLabelling and naming reportsUpkeep of drawings - revisionLiaising with project managers, site engineers, and draftspersonsAdhoc duties as required by the Site Leader and Operations ManagerSkills:1 to 2 years of administration experienceExcellent communication skillsHigh attention to detail and multitaskingTeam player - proactiveSite available:Truganina - 10 month temporary assignment - possible extensionFairfield - 6 month temporary assignment - possible extensionTwo-week shutdown over the Christmas period.One week of training at Moorabbin, uniform and white card training provided.Must be prepared to travel to Moorabbin on occasion.We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
