Due to Monadelphous' continued growth, our Engineering Construction division is extremely busy with current and upcoming projects arising across a diverse range of sectors including Iron-Ore, Lithium, Rare Earth, and Gold. We are seeking highly skilled Senior Site Administrators and Site Administrators to join our team and contribute to the success of these exciting resources projects.
As a Senior Site Administrator and Site Administrator, you'll report directly to the Project Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will be integral to keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently, supporting the team every step of the way.

What you will bring:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Experience on large-scale construction projects working for similar companies is desirable
Ability to cooperate with others to accomplish site and project goals
Capability to adapt to change, handle stress, and persist toward goals despite obstacles
Initiative to set and achieve work goals for yourself
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of time management and the ability to handle a fluctuating workload
