We exist to help people enjoy life's everyday moments.About the Role:*Job share* - 1 week on/1 week offThe site administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration duties associated with various business units in the NCW Manufacturing site. This role has a variety of responsibilities across a wide range of activities. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills and will be a key support role to several departments.Key Responsibilities:General Administration: Coordinate all activities related to site administration, general queries, phone calls, emails and post. Order and maintain office stationery. Responsible for managing PO's and ensuring suppliers are paid within the terms. Other administrative tasks include maintaining the reception area, stocking supplies, and other general office duties, such as filing, scanning/photocopying and updating records.Supply Chain Support Administration: Administration support for the Shift Management, supporting with the administration of rosters, ordering uniforms, new starters and IT set up. Supply Chain support to the Britvic Production System.Communication and Collaboration: General support to the Community Operations Manager and site Management Team. Collaborate and communicate with various departments including liaising with colleagues in the Kylemore site. Help create and review companywide communication.Engagement & Wellbeing: Support engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including the coordination of events and wellbeing campaigns. Liaising with different departments and network groups to ensure the initiatives will be fit for purpose.Facilities Support: Supporting our facilities management with sub-contractor contracts, relationship management, PO's and adhoc project work. Support with construction projects.Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:A minimum of 2 years experience working in administrationExperience working for a Manufacturing / Supply Chain company is desired but not requiredAbility and willingness to learnWell organised and self-motivatedAttention to detail, diligence and an analytical thinkerExcellent document preparation and formatting skillsAbility to prioritise work, multitask and troubleshootSAP and Ariba experience is desired but not requiredQualifications:Leaving cert or equivalentWe believe we are stronger together and that's why we're committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees.
